China Yanda International Health City
Drive straight eastward from Tian’anmen Square, and you will soon get to Yanjiao, a pearl in East Beijing. Yanjiao boasts a superior geographic location, separated by only a river from Beijing, 30km away from the Tian’anmen Square and 25km from the Beijing Capital International Airport.
On this naturally endowed land, China Yanda International Health City, a super-sized internationalized， informatization-based ecological complex for health-care and elderly-care, is invested and currently under construction by Yanda Industry Group, Ltd. of China.
Yanda International Health City covers an area of 500,000m2 (excluding subsidiary land) and a total floor space of 1,100,000m2 with a gross investment of approximately 10 billion Yuan.
The construction will be carried out in two phases, Phase I will be partially operated from July 1，2010 onward.
Yanda International Health City consists of five parts, namely, Yanda International Hospital, Yanda Golden Age Health Nursing Center, Yanda International Medical Research Institute, Yanda International Medical and Nursing Training Institute and Yanda International Conference Center.
Yanda International Hospital and Nursing Center coexist and support with each other; the Medical Research Institute serves as fundamental medical support; the Medical and Nursing Training Institute forms regularly an internal training mechanism, and also, provides high-quality medical and nursing staffs to international and domestic fields; Yanda Conference center provides its services to all the other parts. Thus, the health city’s related parts form the complete and scientific design.
A 60m wide, 700m long and 40,000 m2 area of ribbon-shaped water garden is constructed between the hospital and the nursing center within Yanda International Health City. It not only creates beautiful and comfortable scenic spot but also raises humidity level of air in the Health City so as to improve the overall environmental quality.
